As such this contract is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Subrecipient Agreement M0020 between DEO and the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners, 45 CFR Part 75, 29 CFR Part 95, 2 CFR Part 200 (including Appendix II to Part 200), 20 CFR Part 601, 24 CFR Part 570 subpart I, et seq., and all other State and Federal laws, rules, regulations, and policies governing the funds provided through the Subrecipient Agreement, as now in effect and as may be amended from time to time. The Subrecipient Agreement allocates total funding of $7,062,869.00 (100%) for this project, which includes $7,012,869.00 (99.29%) in CDBG-DR funds and $50,000.00 (0.71%) in non-federal Funding.
