Golf Course Site Audit
- This includes a walk of the St. Joseph Bay Golf Club property to determine the condition of turf using soils samples to be sent for testing and recommendations of chemicals/products needed.

- After reviewing soil sample results all vendors bidding on fertilizers and pesticides in this RFP must be prepared to submit recommended products/volume/schedule and pricing.
Estimated Quantity
- The estimated total quantity indicated in the Bid Sheet is an approximation of one year's requirements.

VETERANS PARK AT BEACON HILL

This project includes concrete foundations for six flag poles, earthwork, minor drainage improvements, CMU retaining wall, and concrete sidewalks in Beacon Hill Park in Gulf County, FL.

Plans and Specifications can be obtained at Dewberry Engineers Inc, 324 Marina Drive, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, (850) 227-7200. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. Cost for Plans and Specifications will be $50.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to DEWBERRY ENGINEERS INC.

Completion date for this project will be 90 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day.
